Links of London – 30s TVC

We worked with Warren Creative and Links of London to create a 30 second film to raise brand awareness, launch a new product range, and drive traffic to retail and online channels.

Briefed to bring elements of fantasy, intrigue, magic and light humour, we created a visual journey that followed the trademark Links ribbon over the London cityscape, bringing the magic of giving on Christmas Eve.

With the high quality, high definition film in place and ready for retail deployment, the Links team saw the opportunity to generate an even greater return on investment by also using the film as a television commercial.

The film builds to reveal the contents of the iconic Links jewellery box. Inside we glimpse a dazzling piece of jewellery that defines the new Splendour range, before we close with the tagline ‘Magic Unwrapped’.

We created a custom edit and mix of a stock music track to bring an additional layer of magic, anticipation and a warm Christmassy feeling, populated with light sound effects to bring the visuals to life.

The film was brilliantly received by the Links marketing team and deployed in-store to raise customer awareness of the new range. We supported the campaign further by creating static graphics for in-store displays, using a combination of photorealistic 3D rendering and product photography.

With the high quality, high definition film in place and ready for retail deployment, the Links team saw the opportunity to generate an even greater return on investment by also using the film as a television commercial.  We conformed the video for broadcast and created multiple cut down versions to feature across Europe and in Hong Kong in the run up to Christmas.

Well done for making the magic happen this year at Links! We love it, and I know how much the team has enjoyed working with you on this.
