Coventry Council Child Services
We worked closely with the Children’s Services Improvement Team at Coventry Council to create a call to action to social workers as part of a recruitment initiative.
The key to a successful video was to connect with the audience on an emotional level, appealing to their desire to make a difference, while also presenting the career benefits and opportunities available.
We scripted a heartfelt narrative and set the action in a worn doll’s house, which not only amplified the sense of damage and innocence, but also allowed us to convey the experiences of the child and family in a semi abstract way, and without age or racial cues.
The result is an engaging and emotive video which has drawn attention for both its powerful message and unique style.
It’s been a highlight to work with Rival Animation. They have recently created a phenomenal promotional video for our organisation that has been truly inspiring for the whole team and our market.
