We were approached by European real estate developer, Verdion, to create a promotional film for their premium logistics space in Doncaster.

The challenge was to create an impactful and dynamic film that showcased the benefits of the development to international retailers such as Amazon, Next, Waitrose, encouraging investment in the development while still under construction.

Working with key data, architectural plans and existing sales collateral, we  created a visual solution that presents the key benefits of the development with a mixture of high-end CGI visualisation and contemporary infographics, along with voice over and audio production.

The result is a dynamic promotional film that breaks the mold of real estate promotion and reinforces Verdion’s position as a major force in European logistics development.
